Robin Hall Guadagnini, LUTCF, joined the family business in 1996 after working in the banking industry for over 8 years.
Robin Hall Guadagnini, grew up around the insurance and retirement planning business. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1984 with a BSBA from the Walton College of Business with a major in Finance and Insurance.
She marketed herself to banks to offer a Contract Pension Plan Administrator in the Trust Department. She became the first Pension Administrator directly associated with a Bank in the NW Arkansas Area with First State Bank in Springdale, AR. She was responsible for the retirement plans of companies, Self Directed IRA’s, and the Trust IRA’s. While performing her duties at the bank in the capacity of Retirement Plan Administrator, the number of accounts more than doubled. They were later bought by Worthen Bank & Trust who continued offering the Pension Administration as a service of the Trust Department.
Robin left the banking industry to join the business, her father’s business. Bob Hall’s business then included his partners, Winston Sloan, and Dale Ramsey. The business successfully handled the retirement plans of J.B. Hunt, Harps, hospitals across the state, and a Major Grocery chain in Louisiana.
With such a significant client base, Worthen Trust Company purchased the Pension Administration Business – and Robin’s continued affiliation with the business was included as a stipulation and part of the good will of the purchase. Robin returned to Worthen as an Employee Benefits Administrator. She worked in NW Arkansas and out of Little Rock, before returning to the family business (Hall & Hall).
With the purchase of Worthen by other banking entities, the Pension Administration portion of the Trust Department did not continue with one of the Worthen banking mergers, and Hall & Hall, Inc. was formed to take on this task.
Education includes: BSBA, Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas, Finance & Insurance Degree.
LUTCF – Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow – with specialization in Annuities, Employee Benefits, Business Insurance, and Long Term Care. LUTCF is a professional designation from the American College – Bryn Mawr, PA.
Continuing Education from the IRS, Sungard/Corbel, and Employee Benefit Law Councils regarding taxation of plans, form 5500, employee benefits, retirement plan administration, and Long Term Care and required annual Anti-Money Laundering class and exam.
Teaching Experience: Taught 7 courses from the American College on Long Term Care, Retirement Planning, and Employee Benefits to the Insurance professionals in the area to receive their designation.
